She has built and led change management functions and expert teams, enabling organizations to navigate strategic transformation with clarity and impact.
Over her 20-year career, Duygu has held senior transformation and change leadership roles at leading organizations including LC Waikiki, Yapı Kredi Bank, Akbank, Borusan Holding, and Gobeyond Partners Consulting (UK).
Her approach to leading change is rooted in human-centered, sustainable practices, combining strategic vision with practical execution to deliver measurable business outcomes.
She is a Prosci®-certified Change Management Practitioner, an ICF-certified Coach, an active volunteer with the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP), and a UN Women UK Delegate, contributing to the advancement of inclusive and conscious leadership.
